In their business strategies, organizations seek to drive change, but change does not always build momentum.

New priorities, processes, commercial models, ways of working, and new demands on teams.

Everything may have a solid strategic rationale. However, when change accumulates without shared purpose, the organization begins to lose something difficult to measure. It loses energy, trust, and connection to what truly matters.

The truth is, people don't necessarily resist change. More often, they resist changes they don't understand, don't feel are achievable, or cannot connect to a clear direction.

At that point, the question ceases to be operational:

Which part of the change needs to be understood before it is demanded?

When a transformation fails to translate into meaning, it can create motion without creating commitment.
